Take-back & returns
Since our products are custom-made, they cannot be taken back or taken back.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you can send the item back to us and we will repair / replace it.
cleaning
Should your darling roll around in the mud again, you can simply rinse our moon & neck products under clear water. For more stubborn soiling, you can wash our products in the laundry bag at a maximum of 30 ° in the hand wash program.
However, it is possible that the ropes stain and discolour the wrapping or other items of laundry.
The products are not suitable for the dryer.
We therefore recommend that you simply wash the products by hand in the sink under clean water and a mild detergent.

If your dog nibbles on its collar or leash, we can no longer guarantee the safety of our moon & neck products 100%. In this case, please contact us using the contact form and we will surely find a solution.

Nibbled wrappings can be repaired at an additional cost.

Please check the function of the fittings regularly. S olltest you find that they are no longer intact, use this to temporarily stop and then please contact us.

You can move the knots of your leash variably as required, simply loosen the knot and tighten it again at the desired point.
